Feker Fekadesleassie
Coffee Export Manager
Feker graduated from Addis Ababa University, School of commerce, with a Masters of Development Economics. Feker has worked in the coffee sector for more than 5 years in different positions, and has served as Customer Relation Manager, Contract Manager and Coffee Trader in a well-known and pioneer coffee export companies.
As a coffee export manager, she identifies market and is responsible to oversee the coffee export business of the company while meeting the local and international standards. Feker also puts in place procedures that help Etete business group facilitate export delivery and performance out of Ethiopia.
Kaleb Daniel
Coffee Quality Manager
Kaleb graduated from Dilla University in Plant science. He has a total work experience of ten years as a Coffee Professional. Kaleb worked as an Agronomist at Gamo Gofa Zone Kucha Woreda Agricultural and Natural Resources Development Office for three years before joining Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) for six years where he served as senior cupper. Then he turned his face to export companies where he worked as a Coffee Quality Supervisor. Besides he serves as Specialty Coffee Roasting Technician and Roast Manager at Cup of Excellence. Kaleb joined Etete Business group as a Quality Manager in December 2023. As Quality Manager and Q Grader, he utilizes his experience from the ECX and is in charge of analyzing quality of product by taking standard samples from batch of input, from process and finished products will be sent to our buyers and ensure that Etete’s coffee is the quality it needs to be, from sensory to green, according to food safety and certification standards.
Elsabeth Tesfaye
Logistics and Documentation Manager
Elsabeth Tesfaye joined Etete Business group as a Logistics coordinator. Elsabeth has been working in import and export Industry since 2019 and has a broad background and experience, both in export and import operations, managing shipments for many companies, and covering a whole range of products.
Elsabeth prepare all shipment documents and communicate with our banks and other stakeholders to improve the logistical flow from Ethiopia and to provide detailed information for the buyers, helping us to update our customers and make more strategic decisions at the contracting stage. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Tegbaru Tadesse
Operation Manger
Tegbaru graduated from Jimma University in General Agriculture in 2003. Since then he joined the coffee industry and has been working in various roles for major coffee as an agronomist, Unit Farm Manager and coffee operations manager respectively for the last twenty years.
Tegbaru joined Etete Business Group in January 2024 as an operation Manager. Here at EBG He overseas operations at the warehouse, plans and executes shipment of coffee for export, manages and monitors the overall export process of Etete’s coffee from Ethiopia to all over the worlds. Besides liaisons with the Ethiopian Tea and Coffee Authority, Ethiopian Commodity Exchange, Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant government institutions with mandates in the coffee sector.
Wesen Wegderes
Senior Accountant
Wosen worked with coffee export companies on preparation of periodic financial statements, supporting balance Sheet reconciliation schedules in compliance with IFRS, preparation of annual financial statement and management audit process before she joined Etete Business Group. She has experience in Finance, Accounting, International trades (import/export) procedural technical knowledge, cost efficient works, analysis of business, mathematical skill, local accounting and tax laws, export and import documentations, export business cost management and pricing.
Here at Etete Business group Wesen is responsible for financial reporting, compliance and risk management and overseeing all financial transactions and ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. In addition, she is working on Budgeting and forecasting.
